Define “parking”

  1. Stopping a vehicle for a defined period of time, in order to unload cargo, intermittently
  2. Stopping the vehicle for more than thirty seconds
  3. Standing a vehicle in order to load it with cargo only, intermittently
  4. Standing a vehicle for an uninterrupted period of time, not for the purpose of immediate loading or unloading of passengers or loading or unloading of goods.
