Four parking spaces for handicapped drivers are marked, one next to the other, in Herzel Street. All four spaces are currently free:

  1. Drivers that do not display the handicap card showing the same sign as The road sign, even if they are free at the moment cannot use the parking spaces
  2. Non-handicapped drivers are permitted to use the handicapped parking spaces for a short while, as long as they leave a phone number in which they can be reached at any moment.
  3. Non-handicapped drivers are permitted to use the handicapped parking spaces for a short while, as long as at least half of these spaces are free.
  4. Non-handicapped drivers are permitted to use the handicapped parking spaces for a moment, as long as they stay in the vehicle while it is parked.
