It is not permitted to carry a passenger on a motorcycle unless:

  1. The passenger wears a crash helmet as well as knee and elbow protectors.
  2. The driver wears a crash helmet – the passenger doesn’t have to do so.
  3. The driver and the passenger wear crash helmets.
  4. The passenger holds a valid motorcycle driver’s license.
